CYA Boys Lacrosse Assessments
Prior to the start of each season CYA Lacrosse Boys completes mandatory assessments of players abilities.
Why Assessments Matter:

Ensures Fair Team Placement
Assessments ensure players are placed on teams that match their skill level, creating balanced and competitive play. Every player gets a fair chance to demonstrate their abilities, regardless of prior experience or reputation. -
Assists in Player Development
Coaches use assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement, helping tailor training to each player’s needs -

Spring 2026 Boys Lacrosse Assessment Schedule:
Session 1 – Sunday, February 1
- 8U/10U Boys – Chantilly HS: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- 12U Boys – Chantilly HS: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 14U Boys – Greenbriar Park: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Session 2 – Sunday, February 8
- 8U/10U Boys – Greenbriar Park: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- 12U Boys – Greenbriar Park: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 14U Boys – Chantilly HS: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Session 3 – Sunday, February 15
- 8U/10U Boys – Chantilly HS: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- 12U Boys – Chantilly HS: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 14U Boys – Greenbriar Park: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Assessments for boys are mandatory. Please make sure your player attends at least 2 of the appropriate sessions for their age group.
